ARTS Energy’s commitment to its customers guarantees the security of shipped freight and is certified OEA (Opérateur Economique Agréé = Authorised Economic Operator): equivalent to C-TRAT in the USA and to those of its service providers. Our battery transport and regulatory conditions therefore ensure guaranteed safe delivery.

Our Nickel Metal Hydride and Lithium-ion batteries are subjected to current regulations on shipping and transporting hazardous materials by road, sea or air.
As such, Lithium-ion batteries in particular must be certified under Section 38.3 of the “UN Manual of Tests and Criteria” for safe transportation in compliance with current standards.
ARTS Energy works in cooperation with a specialised consultant in transporting hazardous materials, when handling special orders, and with service providers capable of accepting hazardous materials during delivery. Our teams receive regular training in packing these hazardous materials and they prepare your packages in compliance with international standards.
