To achieve the company’s a high level of excellence, our industrial tool implements an extensive range of automatic and/or manual equipment offering great flexibility in terms of not only battery format (blocks, sticks, special models), but also order volumes. Patented electric arc welding is the basic skill in the Ni-Cd, Ni-MH and Li-ion battery production shop, but it also implements gluing, ultrasound welding, marking and assembly processes. Its many years’ experience in producing complex batteries integrating electronics, the sector operates test and programming benches required for Li-ion battery implementation.

Our rechargeable batteries and energy storage systems are checked at every stage of their manufacture. Full traceability is organized on components, controls on production lines as well as on products from our manufacturing plant to guarantee transparency at all levels.

High Performance batteries.

Since 1974, our industrial site at Nersac, near Angoulême in France, is dedicated to designing and manufacturing rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries for a wide range of customers. This 13,500 m² ARTS Energy facility constitutes a flexible industrial tool, unique in Europe, and is divided into 2 assembly sectors dedicated to rechargeable cells and batteries.
