Personal Data Privacy Policy

ARTS Energy ensures respect for the privacy of its interlocutors and makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information communicated to it.

This Policy provides information on the conditions under which ARTS Energy collects, processes, stores and deletes personal data in accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which entered into force on May 25, 2018 within the European Union. (EU).

ARTS Energy does not collect any unnecessary personal data. The data collected is processed in accordance with this policy and in compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

ARTS Energy takes respect for life very seriously private. We do not disclose, share or sell personal information unless required by law or regulation.

Our contractual relationships with our customers as well as banking regulations require us to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality of the personal data that we may be required to process.

Procedures covering data protection, confidentiality and security have been defined and implemented within ARTS Energy. These measures are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that the data transmitted to us is appropriately protected.

ARTS Energy takes, in view of the nature of the personal data and the risks presented by the processing, the technical, physical and organizational measures necessary to preserve the security of this data and prevent it from being distorted, damaged, made inaccessible or unauthorized third parties have access to it.

ARTS Energy regularly raises awareness among its employees about the protection of personal data and ensures that they comply with current regulations as well as the company’s code of ethics.

ARTS Energy chooses subcontractors or service providers who provide a high level of guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing of data meets the requirements of applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

If ARTS Energy notices an incident with an impact on personal data, the latter ensures, according to the framework imposed by the regulations, to notify it to the CNIL as soon as possible after becoming aware of it and to inform the people concerned.
