1. Needs analysis
We help you to understand the energy, economic and industrial challenges of your application.
2. Choice of technology
Choose the technology that best meets your needs: Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, Li-ion, LiFePO4.
We study the feasibility and risks associated with your project.
3. Specifications
In collaboration with the R&D department, we will determine the requirements for your battery, i.e. the charging method, the design and the ergonomics of your application.
4. Conception and design
We assess all the mechanical and electronic constraints.
The most suitable materials, components and solutions are chosen to meet your standards requirements and adapt to your system applications.
5. Prototyping
Different technical solutions are tested and validated on a limited number of components.
We hold patents on the battery management system (BMS) for all the types of technology proposed.
6. Testing and qualification
Thanks to our collaboration with approved laboratories, we can help you with product and transport (Li-ion) certification.
7. Industrialization
Several pre-production runs are carried out to check the industrial parameters and adapt the machines to the product’s behaviour, in collaboration with the industrialization department.
8. Series production
We have a wide range of automatic and/or manual equipment, allowing us great flexibility in terms of the design of battery shapes and order volumes.
